This was a beat Squire Affinity Strat I found in a local thrift shop. Seeing as it was mostly intact seemed like a good rebuild candidate.
The orange I selected for the body gave this guitar the nickname "The General". Sometime during the rework of this guitar, I decided to present it to Jesse as a "raise hell in Austin" present. It just seemed right for "The General" to go with Uncle Jesse.
