Originally thought to be a Powerhouse model, this is a 1998 "Super Strat". The name sounds great, but it's the same as the current "Deluxe Player" versions.
While the "Power House" provides 12db mid boost circuit, the "Super Strat" uses the button to engage extra pickup options.
Inside the push button assembly was disconnected and missing parts. Also, I can find no SS or DP model strats with the button in this location. All of these models also have buttons with the retaining screws hidden under the pick guard, not through the top like this one. Given this I am fairly confident that this pick guard is a replacement.
With the switch being disconnected, I turned to the stock wiring diagram.
