Status: in the process of being repaired.
This is a 1947-51 Shure 55 fatboy. The original impd switch was damaged so I replaced it with a mini toggle to change the cold of the phantom power cast down LEDs. After polishing the microphone it was fitted with white silk with black mesh front, a new Shure R115s (their 58 beta capsule engineered to fit the new smaller 55 line), rewired and a modern xlr connector added. It's a show stopper for sure.
