The Rev had a great fall and Mike and I put it back together again.

0000-00-00: The second break, worse than the first. It's a new break, none of the previous repair broke:
After the headstock was glued back up, we preformed a route halfway through the headstock and added a solid piece of maple to the back side so it would have the support required for the break angle and tuners.
