This one came to me as non functioning. It was missing the bottom plate, the main switch, lots of wiring disconnected and the main rack that drives the gear was broken. I was able to drill a small hole and remount the original rack as the dearmond rack does differ from the only replacement racks available (crybaby/dunlop rack )
2022-03-12: I repaired the original broken gear rack, as all new available rack gears are shorter. After that I installed a replacement period correct switch and fixed the wiring issues. Then I fashioned a new stainless bottom plate with battery holder, and added new rubber feet.
