The paint on this one was completely peeling off and the left right axis wouldn't swivel at all. A little lubrication and a refinish and it was back in business.
 
2022-05-01: This was a full restoration; strip, paint, clean everything and lubricate moving parts. Instead of the small stock bumper piece in the center under the pedal, I like to use a full size to keep the side to side movement smooth. I kept the original top rubber and cut a new piece for the missing lower section.
