This one is the second generation of the Schaller Bow-Wow Yoy-Yoy Wah. It clearly marked "Made in Germany" on the heavy metal bottom place, but the housing is plastic with a hammer tone finish.
2022-12-01: As for repair, all it really needed was a good cleaning. I made a replacement for the missing top graphic as well.
