This is a early 80s made in Korea Kay (Univox) Effector. These sold is the old Sears catalog. This one was in great shape when I got it but, it had a first act neck with bad intonation. The bridge pickup was swapped to an 80s DiMarzio K-10 USA pickup from a Hondo (https://samick.fandom.com/wiki/DiMarzio_K-10).The effects are all working, but the echo isn't a real echo. The tremolo is the same as the echo, just more pronounced.
2024-02-13: It took a while but I finally found a Korean neck that fits the pocket, most are slightly to wide. Even the color is almost a perfect match, it's almost identical to stock. A good cleaning and it was back up and rocking.
