The key broke on a power tube and it was installed incorrectly, result fuse blow and no sound.
2023-03-14: After looking over the inside I found R58 out of spec. I replaced with a 1k 1w resistor but there was still no output. Ordered a new output transformer and rectifier tube just in case. The new OT worked like a charm, never hurts to have a spare rectifier.
